£50 deposit secures your holiday (non refundable in the event of cancellation).

When booking via CGPL you acknowledge your booking contract is with the holiday home owner and that the booking is for the holiday home accommodation ONLY. 

Payments are made by bank transfer & these are made directly to the owner of your chosen accommodation. If the holiday home is fully managed by myself then payment will be made to my business account.

The balance of your break is due 6 weeks prior to your stay.  Payment plans can be arranged subject to the balance being received as per the terms of your booking contract.

Our prices do not include Haven Play passes (these must be bought from reception on arrival to enable the use of facilities)

Bedding is included in the chosen accommodation

Strictly no smoking in any of our holiday homes. We reserve the right to ask you to immediately leave any of our holiday homes should it be reported to us that smoking has taken place on the premises.

Booking contracts will not be sent until the deposit has been received.

An additional £50 or £100 security deposit is required on all bookings. This is refundable after your stay once the Holiday Home has been checked.  Please refer to the Terms & Conditions of Stay with regard to the refundable bond.
